to”>Massive shout out to OddATV. I was just about thrown in the towel and was going to send it to another mechanic. Gave him a call and he had it solved in 5 minutes. Here’s a little background for those who care lol. I had completely rebuilt my fl250 and swapped it from points to CDI. I had spark but it kept sputtering after 1/8 throttle and acting like the timing was off. He put it bluntly that the aftermarket exciter coil was junk and to use his. Swapped it out and boom, ran like a champ. He saved me a lot of time and headache.
